Josh Brolin recently checked himself into a rehab facility in Northern California, according to a new report.
In a conversation caught on video by TMZ on Nov. 4, Brolin had declared himself done with drinking alcohol. It now appears he's seeking some professional assistance to that end.
"He realized he needed help and is committed to his sobriety," an insider told Us Weekly, which cited anonymous sources in its Friday article.
The 45-year-old "Gangster Squad" and "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" actor, who in June split with Diane Lane, his wife of eight years, was captured on video getting into a drunken weekend bar fight in Santa Monica before he announced the next Monday he was breaking up with booze for good. The same weekend, he got into a late-night fight with a cab driver at a fast-food drive thru, TMZ said.
